Soft-Stick kit

Description

Includes single housing fittings soft-stick cartridge (#9680).
The purpose of this system is to prevent or greatly diminish the formation of scale buildup in the boiling tank of the distiller and to provide a protective coating in the boiling tank to diminish corrosion from chlorides an low pH found in some feed waters.
NOTE: a prefilter rated at 10 microns or less must be in place prior to this Soft-Stick unit. The prefilter is necessary to prevent clogging the small holes in the Soft-Stick cartridge which allows media to dissolve into the feedwater. (See 19098 kit).
